Food Allergies
We are happy to cater for all dietary requirements. We do recommend calling ahead to advise us of your requirements so we can plan your meal in advance.

We offer gluten free tapas and pizza bases for our guests with gluten intolerances and we can accommodate all vegan and vegetarian lifestyles. 


Accessibility
Our venue can be accessed by a ramp from Waymouth Street. The first floor is only accessible by stairs.


Gift Vouchers
We have gift vouchers available in our venue. We accept phone orders for gift certificates and are happy to mail them to the recipient. Our gift vouchers are not transferrable between Melt venues.


Discount Cards
Sorry, we do not accept discount cards or coupons from external parties.


BYO
Strictly no BYO.


Reservations
We request bookings are made through our online booking platform here. We welcome walk-ins at any time and will do our best to find you a table during in busy periods as well.

We are unable to accept reservations through social media.

We welcome reservations parties of all sizes. Please find information for large groups here.

There is a 15% surcharge applied on Public Holidays.

Parking
There is street parking on Waymouth Street and plenty of car parks around the CBD we are also a short walk from U Park at Topham Mall. We recommend getting here 15 minutes earlier than your booking to secure a parking space.


Private Events
Melt CBD is available for private celebrations including corporate functions, please see here. Private lunch events are available outside of regular opening hours.


Child Friendly
We welcome diners of all ages in our venue. We do not have a children’s menu, however we do have a child-friendly pizza adeptly named the bambino. Please ask our staff for further recommendations.
